Return Policy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the following return policy applies to purchases on the TNF website and in person with TNF Organizers.
     1. Gift Certificates
           1. Gift certificates cannot be returned once a purchase has been made.
     2. Online Sessions
          1. We are not liable for any returns once a purchase has been made.

          2. Customers may request a return for unnaceptable service. Approval is at the full discretion of The Naked Flower.

          3. Online sessions can be rescheduled with at least a 48 hour notice without any fee.

     3. In Person Sessions

          1. We are not liable for any returns once a purchase has been made.

          2. Customers may request a return for unnaceptable service. Approval is at the full discretion of The Naked Flower.

          3. In Person sessions can be rescheduled with at least a one week notice for no fee.

          4. In Person sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice for a $25 fee.

          5. In Person sessions cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours notice.
